Super Summer with insideout church!

Hello to anyone and everyone who reads this. I think most people follow us on facebook, but just in case there is one person out there, we want to keep you informed! If you have not found us on facebook, we are "Josh and Sarah Lilly - InsideOut Church."

This summer we are doing some really great outreach to families with young children. Throughout the summer we are doing what we call "super summer with insideout church".
We will be doing block parties, week long kids camps, and fun days at the park.
This Sunday from 11 - 2 is our first party at the park. We have spent the last 3 days hanging close to 1,000 door hangers in the area that the park is located. We hope that the park party will transition to our worship gathering at 6p.m. on Sunday. We are holding the park party on Sunday during the day because we are particularly looking to connect and reach the families who do not already have a church home. In Fort Collins the statistic of unchurched people are 85%.

I am preaching this Sunday night on Luke 22:1-30. I will be telling verses 1 - 23 in a story, then teaching 24 - 30 in a more traditional way. I will call the congregation to make 1 of 2 decisions depending on where they are in their journey toward Christ. For those who do not know Jesus I will be calling them toward receiving Jesus as Lord, and for those who already know Jesus I will be calling them toward being a servant like Christ.

I will be teaching about the passover, what it symbolizes, and that Jesus is the sacrificial lamb. We will come to a realization that we are all Judas, and have decided to sin against Jesus. We will also focus on Jesus' teaching to His disciples about being servant leaders, and not "lording" anything over anyone.

Please be in prayer for insideout church this summer, as well as me as I present the truth about Jesus in a loving, non judgmental way. Please pray for all the people we come into contact with this summer. Please pray for those whom God will call to Himself this summer.

We envision a day when anyone hesitant about Christianity and outside Church culture can get a glimpse of the real Jesus through the lives of people who have been transformed from the insideout by the love of Jesus.
