God is moving through our ministry!

This week we have seen some really cool things happening. Many of you read my message on Monday via our facebook group "Josh and Sarah Lilly Christian Challenge" about our ladder ball outreach. Not only was it profitable on Monday ( see Monday's message "The Lord's hand at work") It has truly paid off throughout the rest of the week. We had 3 students attend our free lunch on Wednesday who we had connected with on Monday through ladder ball.

Because it seemed to work so well i went ahead and set up the ladder ball challenge again Thursday, in hopes to connect to students who take classes on Tuesday/Thursdays. We had several new students come bye and talk/play with us. We received information on several of the students and immediately followed up via e-mail. I am already getting responses from a few them that they will be coming to our Tuesday Night Challenge Meeting. PLEASE PRAY FOR TUESDAY NIGHT! I am speaking on 1 Corinthians 1:18-31. I believe this passage shares the Gospel very well. It explains that the "wisdom" of the world teaches that Jesus is not God, but true wisdom which is from God is that Jesus is both Lord and savior!

Many of our students whom the Lord has already entrusted us with are beginning to get a glimpse of the importance and effectiveness of outreach. Several students have become a BIG help in the areas of outreach and evangelism. I heard a stat this past week that only 2500 students at CSU claim to be followers of Christ. There are 25,000 students at CSU. Stop and read those numbers again. 2,500 out of 25,000. Please continue to pray for the lost at Colorado State University, and that our Gracious Father would lead them to the true Wisdom which is found in Jesus. "Christ Jesus, who became to us wisdom from God, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption." 1 Corinthians 1:30.

Also please pray for us tonight as we reach out to the students who live in the dorm named Corbitt. Several of our students live in Corbitt and have already established relationships with others in the dorm. Tonight we will be cooking hamburgers for the students in Corbitt hall. We hope to connect to many students, and have the opportunity to share with them the life saving truth about Jesus Christ!

Thanks for your prayers and support that make this all possible!
Blessings,
Josh and Sarah Lilly
