Update

We found out yesterday that we are miscarrying. This is definitely not what we hoped for, but we are realizing more and more the truths that the scripture teaches about God being the one who is in control. It is in times like this that you really find out what you believe. We are resting in Him as we know that He is a gracious and wonderful Father who gives good gifts to His sons and daughters. We are told over and over again in the New Testament to pray about everything and to be thankful in everything. We are thankful for all that the Lord has given us. We are thankful for the experience we have had over the past several weeks. We are thankful that the Lord is in control, and loves us. We are thankful that we can trust Him and His word.
Psalm 31:14-15
14 But I trust in you, O LORD;
I say, "You are my God."

15 My times are in your hands;

So in all things, Blessed be the name of the Lord!
